Located in the central business core of Bucharest, the scope of this modern office building is to upgrade the city’s high standard offices offering 12 000 sq. m of office space. The project complies with Class A international standards in all its elements, from the interior furnishing and well-organized partitions to the exterior and the high-quality materials used.

The proposal is completing a needed front in the main boulevard leading to the Parliament Building. that was left empty after the systematization era in the late 80’s.

The design undertook a series of studies on the façade in order to reach its final image. The selected design follows a sophisticated approach by combining the monumental axis with a modern outlook with the stone cladding and the curtain wall.
